Return & Exchange Policy for Aparna Online Bazaar

At Aparna Online Bazaar, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-designed products. However, because our items are made to order, our return and exchange policies are specific. Please review the following terms:

1. Custom and Personalized Products

Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, custom and personalized items (such as those with custom designs, names, or text) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund or replacement.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with a description of the issue and clear photos of the defect or damage.

If we confirm the issue, we’ll arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

3. Wrong Item or Size

If you receive an incorrect item (wrong design, size, or color), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

We will issue a return label and send you the correct item as soon as we receive the original product back.

4. Non-Defective Items

Since products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for non-defective, non-damaged items.

Please ensure you check the sizing guide and product description carefully before placing an order.

5. Return Shipping Costs

In the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

6. Processing Time for Returns & Refunds

Refunds or replacements will be processed once we receive the returned item(s), which may take up to 7 business days.

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method for eligible returns. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will initiate the exchange process, and you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange.
